Packing lines are the natural continuation of slitting lines. After the coils are unloaded from the coiler, the packing lines allow their handling, in order to carry out the operations for their storage. For these reasons, important features of a packing line are: perfect integration with the slitting lines, quick handling, strapping, weighing (if necessary) and storage of the coils. The handling of the coils is made by means of motorized rollers while, as regards to the strap process, our equipment allow integration with strapping-machines manufactured by other firms. The equipment can be designed depending on the customer’s requested lay-out, with a number of storage ramps and the successive management of the packages optimal for the organization and the logistics of our customer. Besides is possible to integrate in the automation the devices to load automatically separators between coils and to load automatically the pallets.
